By accessing or using SocialBlume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including individual users, teams, and enterprise accounts.
SocialBlume provides a social media management and analytics platform, including content scheduling, performance analytics, audience insights, AI-powered recommendations, and collaboration tools. Features may vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use SocialBlume to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service. You must comply with the terms of service of any connected social media platforms.
You retain ownership of all content you create and manage through SocialBlume. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your social media content or analytics data.
Paid features require an active subscription. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive API usage that impacts service performance may result in temporary throttling. Enterprise plans include higher rate limits and dedicated support.
SocialBlume is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
