Your information is used to provide and improve SocialBlume services, including social media analytics, content scheduling, audience insights, and AI-powered recommendations. We process social media data from your connected accounts to generate reports and actionable insights.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform (cloud hosting, analytics processing), and with social media platforms as required by their APIs. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months by default, though you can configure shorter retention periods. Upon account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time through Settings. For GDPR and CCPA requests, contact our data protection team. You may also revoke access to connected social media accounts at any time.
